Buildings designed for functions such as museums, libraries, scout camps, sports facilities, etc. are evaluated in the social and common living area category. In these buildings with multiple uses, providing all kinds of comfort conditions is extremely important for both staff and visitors. For example, sound insulation is a must-have criterion for museums and libraries. Hygienic and fit-for-purpose solutions must be provided for scout camps and sports facilities. The required plan work for our prefabricated social and common living buildings, which are produced modularly and using light steel technology, is carried out by our technical staff consisting of architects and engineers. In addition, static calculations are made for each building based on snow and wind loads appropriate to the climate characteristics of the place where it will be installed.

The assembly of the buildings produced according to these calculations is also carried out by our own assembly teams.
Social and communal living structures are produced with Hekim Panel System, Hekim Steel Framed Panel System or On-site coating system details. In buildings where 1250×2500 mm standard panels are used, it is possible to make floor heights of 2500mm, 3000mm, 3500 mm.
In building exterior and interior panel coverings, fiber cement material is especially preferred because it is class A-1 fireproof. Panels; It is used with sheet metal / fibercement on the outer surfaces and fibercement / fibercement coated on the inner surfaces. All installations are designed as flush-mounted or surface-mounted, depending on preference.
